Ron is a Managing Member of and participates in all aspects of the operations of Leavenworth Lewis, LLC. He is also president of a San Francisco-based investment bank - an affiliate of Leavenworth Lewis that has, for over 40 years, privately placed financing transactions for corporate clients with institutional investors. Clients include both publicly held and privately held companies. Additionally, Ron is a private equity investor, providing funding and support services to companies in a variety of industries. Ron is a graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne State University Law School.

Merrill O. Burns (vcard)

Merrill is a Managing Member of and participates in all aspects of the operations of Leavenworth Lewis LLC. He is also an officer of a San Francisco-based investment bank that is affiliated with Leavenworth Lewis. Merrill was a senior officer at Bank of America and Manufacturers Hanover Trust where he had general management responsibilities for wholesale banking lines of business, both domestic and international. Merrill was also a partner of the Mitchell Madison Group, an international strategy consulting firm that was acquired by USWEB/CKS. Most recently he was the President of The Simpata Group, an application service provider.

Merrill is a graduate of Kenyon College and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
